Can I order online?
Not yet, but I'm in the process of getting that worked out. For now, please email, call or text me. with any orders you would like to place.

Do you deliver?
For orders of $20 or more , I make deliveries on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month between 1-3 p.m. I only deliver within a limited geographic area, and a small tip is expected to cover my time and gas. My delivery area boundaries are:
East - I-35
South - Hefner Road
West - Hefner Parkway / Portland Road
North - 2nd Street / Edmond Road / NW 178th Street
I am also willing to schedule special delivery times for special events. Please contact me for availability and details.

Do you take credit cards or PayPal?
I accept both credit cards and PayPal. A 3% processing fee will be added to your total for those paying electronically. I also accept cash and checks. Checks must be payable to Anita Ervin DBA Simple Things.

Is everything available all of the time?
Most of the time, yes. You can order anything on my menu at any time, as long as you give me adequate notice to prepare it. Typically this required 48 hours before pickup, not counting Sundays.
I often have special events and sales, and will offer mixed boxes of sandwich cookies and smaller pies and cheesecakes from time to time. The best way to stay notified of these events is to sign up below for email updates. Because I send all emails "BCC" (blind carbon copy) to protect your privacy, please be sure to add PiesByAnita@gmail.com to your contacts list to ensure these updates don't go to your spam folder.

When can I pick up?
I am in the process of working out an online ordering and pick-up calendar which will make this process easier. In the meantime, please coordinate a pick up time with me directly. Currently my pick up windows are:
Wednesdays from 9-11 a.m. & 4-6 p.m.
Fridays from 4-6 p.m.
Saturdays from 11-1 p.m.
If you need to pick up items for a special event (birthdays, meetings, etc.) I am willing to schedule alternate days and times.

Do you keep extras around for last minute orders?
While I do try to keep extra items available for when you have a last-minute need or a sudden craving for sweets, I cannot guarantee I will have something available. Because I do not use preservatives in my baking, I am limited on what I can store and still have fresh, high quality items available for purchase. However, it never hurts to ask!
